Instructions on compound application

 

  1. Apply to the fuel, which corresponds to the season.
  2. Additional (optional) filtering devices may decrease revitalization efficiency.
  3. Protective coating is formed on any functioning mechanism. However, if the mechanism (assembly) condition is critical (100% wear, mechanical break), you should replace destroyed parts.
Treatment procedure

 

  1. Squeeze out the contents of 1 tube into the fuel tank which contains a minimum of fuel.
  2. Fill into the tank 42- 63 quarts (40-60 l) of fuel.
  3. Run the vehicle as normal.
  4. Revitalization is considered complete after 100 hours of mechanism work (approximately 1,865 miles (3,000 km) run).

       

For diesel engines of heavy haulers and for other diesel engines of big capacity the dosage of XADO revitalizant gel for high-pressure fuel pump is calculated according to the chart.

Note !

 

  1. The characteristic feature of the beginning of revitalization is an improvement of mechanism operation (decreasing of noise, vibration, exhaust opacity) just from the first miles of run.
  2. It is recommended to double the dose if the wear is very strong.
  3. If after 60 -120 miles (100-200 km) run the mechanism fails to improve its performance then the most probable cause of it is faulty diagnostics.
