Terms and Conditions

1. All prices include VAT at 21.5% but exclude freight, and are subject to change without prior notice. All goods remain the property of Chemicals Xado Ireland Ltd until full payment is received.

2. Refunds, return or refusal of shipment (within 7 days of purchase) may attract up to 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

3. All prices are in Euros

4. Any dates quoted for the delivery of the products are approximate only and shall not form part of the contract.

5. While every attempt is made to ensure the information provided on the website is accurate, specifications change from time to time and we are not liable for any omissions or errors.
